At Midnight Dystrict, every item is made to order through our print partners. Because of this, we keep our policy simple, fair, and clear.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item (We’ll Fix It)
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or you received the wrong item, we’ll make it right with a free replacement or refund (depending on the situation).
To report an issue:
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

Your order number

A clear photo of the issue (and packaging if possible)
Wrong Size Ordered (One-Time Size Exchange)
We offer a one-time size exchange if the size doesn’t fit.
How it works:

You may exchange your item for a different size one time per order/item

The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

Customer covers shipping for the exchange (unless we made an error)
Important: Because items are made-to-order, we cannot offer unlimited size swaps. Please double-check the size chart before ordering.
No Refunds for Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds for:

Changing your mind

Ordering the wrong style/color

Ordering the wrong size (size exchanges only, one time)

Buyer’s remorse
Final Sale Items
Items marked Final Sale, clearance, or special discounts are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Non-Returnable Items (Hygiene)
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns/exchanges on:

Underwear

Socks

Swimwear
Return/Exchange Conditions
To be eligible for an exchange:

No stains, odors, pet hair, or damage

Must be in original condition

Processing Time
Once your exchange/replacement is approved, your new item will be produced and shipped. Since we use print-on-demand, production and shipping times can vary.
